Une Chemise, that's what these were called last time we checked back in 1998 when these elasticated folders were a staple of the French back-to-school list. They are very handy to keep documents fresh looking while in backpacks and luggage, or serve well as presentation folios.

These are particularly smart with a charcoal matte and soft finish (not unlike a dense and thick card rice paper) as well as with their grey rounded elastics to finish the look - definitely an architect or designer's sort of item.
