Caran d'Ache Ecridor Maille Milanaise Fountain Pen

Like the hexagonal barrel of a coloured pencil, the Ecridor, Caran d’Ache’s famous pen collection has been manufactured since the 1950s when ballpoint pen technology appeared. Fountain pens were later added to the range around 1970. Here in a steel finish, the pen has been decorated in a fine mesh design inspired by the 17 century Milanese goldsmiths. 
Androgynous in feeling, slender and long when posted, it has an elegant silhouette ideal for professional setting when looking slick and smart is appreciated - certainly Caran d’Ache is well versed in creating writing tools which look expensive, as you might expect from a Swiss brand !
